Free estimates provided through this website, by phone, or in person are non-binding until formalized in a written contract. Estimates are based on information provided at the time of inquiry and may change upon on-site assessment. All projects require a signed contract before work commences, which will detail scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, and warranty terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual project contract. We accept cash, check, credit card, and debit card. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project as outlined in your contract.

5. Warranties

Workmanship warranties are provided on a per-project basis and detailed in your signed contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you as the homeowner. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, water damage, or acts of nature.

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, USA Pro Floors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you under the specific contract giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are specified in your individual project contract. For estimate appointments, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for projects canceled after materials have been ordered, as specified in your contract.

USA Pro Floors LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or government restrictions.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
